1. Proprietary Ownership & Intellectual Property Protection
All Lunar components—including binaries (lunarv7.exe, LunarAPI.dll), brand assets, graphical interfaces, and underlying codebases—are the exclusive intellectual property of Lunar Management.
2. Reporting Intellectual Property Violations
If you believe that Lunar software, website (getlunar.today), or official community platforms contain content or code that infringes upon your copyright, please submit a formal notification containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and exact location (URL or channel reference).
- Contact information of the copyright holder or authorized representative.
- A statement affirming good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate.
Send official notices directly to General Management (RaresXx) through official support channels.
3. Enforcement Against Infringing Parties & Cracks
Unauthorized re-uploading, distribution of cracked binaries, host redirection, or stolen branding will be met with immediate copyright takedown notices, host blacklisting, access revocation, and legal remedies for commercial disparagement and copyright infringement.
